Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician (Apprentice)

Full-time position with overtime potential. This position requires the successful applicant to perform:

• Perform preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC systems which includes cleaning coils, changing filters, replacing fan motor belts and verifying and replacing as needed electrical and mechanical components i.e. worn contactors and weak capacitors
• Process preventative maintenance forms which record rated/actual electrical, mechanical functions followed by advising the customer what’s next
• Produce onsite repair quotes using ESC software
Assist service department team with repairs that often require two techs due to weight, size, location and complexity

Pay: $15-$20 / hour + Benefits, Full time

Requirements:
• Valid NCDL required.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work at extended heights greater then 8 feet.
• Must be able to use HVAC industry tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Wear corrective lens if eye sight alone impairs ability to focus on small details near and or far
• Available to work overtime, weekends, flexible start and leave hours
• Work outside in all types of weather conditions for extended periods
• Walk, stand, stoop or sit for prolong periods of time
